To speed things up, tell us your WaGoZAP account email, what you were doing and what appeared on screen (a screenshot helps a lot). Never send your password: support never asks for passwords.

Getting started

  1. Choose a plan at wagozap.online and create your account.
  2. Install the WaGoZAP extension in Google Chrome, from the Chrome Web Store.
  3. Open WhatsApp Web and connect your WhatsApp.
  4. Click the purple WaGoZAP icon on the side of the page and sign in with your account email and password.
  5. In the "Schedule" tab, choose the recipients, write the message, set the time and confirm.

Common problems

The WaGoZAP panel doesn't appear on WhatsApp Web. Check that the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions and reload the WhatsApp Web page (F5).

The message was not sent on time. Messages go out through WhatsApp Web open on your computer. At the scheduled time, the computer must be on, with Chrome open and WhatsApp Web connected. Check the status of each send in the "Queue" tab.

I was signed out of the extension on another computer. Each plan allows a number of computers connected at the same time. When you sign in on a computer beyond the limit, the oldest session is ended.

I can't connect my blog. The integration works with WordPress blogs that have the public API enabled (the WordPress default). Blogs that require login can be connected with a WordPress application password. Also check how many blogs your plan allows.

I forgot my password. Use "I forgot my password" on the sign-in screen; we'll email you a link.

I paid but the plan wasn't activated. Pix and card payments are usually confirmed within seconds. Open your order under "My account" and click "I already paid — check". If it still doesn't activate, write to us with the order number.

I want to change plans or cancel. See "My account" at wagozap.online/conta or write to the email above. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
