These terms govern the use of WaGoZAP ("we"). Contact: sylvesterstaller2508@gmail.com. By creating an account or using the extension, you agree to them.
1. The service
WaGoZAP is a Google Chrome extension that schedules messages sent through WhatsApp Web open on your own computer, with additional features (blog integration, content calendar, trackable links and metrics) according to the plan you choose.
2. How sending works — important limitations
- Messages are sent through your WhatsApp Web session. At the scheduled time, the computer must be on, with Chrome open and WhatsApp Web connected.
- If that does not happen, the send waits for a configurable grace period and then expires. We do not guarantee sending at the exact time or sending with the computer turned off.
- "Confirmed" means WhatsApp's server received the message; it does not guarantee delivery to, or reading by, every recipient.
- WhatsApp may change how it works at any time, which may temporarily interrupt features.
3. Responsible use and prohibitions
You are solely responsible for the content you send and for the recipients you choose. It is forbidden to use WaGoZAP to:
- send messages to people or groups who did not agree to receive them (spam);
- send illegal, misleading, fraudulent or discriminatory content, content that violates third-party rights, or malicious links;
- get around WhatsApp's limits, blocks or rules;
- resell, copy, reverse engineer or bypass the service's plan controls.
You declare that you know and respect WhatsApp's Terms of Service and policies. WaGoZAP is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta and is not responsible for restrictions applied to your WhatsApp account as a result of your use. We may disable trackable links and suspend accounts involved in abuse.
4. Account and security
Keep your password secret. The number of computers connected at the same time depends on the plan; a new sign-in beyond the limit ends the oldest one.
5. Plans, trial and payment
The features, limits and prices of each plan are shown on the website and in the portal. The trial period, when offered, is free and lasts as stated at sign-up; after it ends, use continues only by purchasing a plan.
- Payment: plans are paid in advance, for the period stated in each plan (for example, monthly), by Pix or card on Mercado Pago's secure page. Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL). Renewal is not automatic: at the end of the period, you choose whether to renew.
- Right of withdrawal: within 7 days of purchase you may cancel and receive a full refund, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
- Cancellation: can be requested at any time through the contact email. Access continues until the end of the period already paid and there is no further charge.
- Refunds after 7 days: there is no pro-rata refund of the current period, except when the service is unavailable due to our fault.
- Non-payment: without renewal, the plan ends at the end of the paid period and scheduled sends are no longer executed.
6. Availability
We strive to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or due to external factors. Schedules already created remain in the extension during server outages for a grace period.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, nor for failures caused by WhatsApp, the browser, your connection or your computer. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time through support. We may close accounts that violate these terms. After termination, data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
